Through Motivate Design, I have conducted usability reviews for major companies and products over the last couple of years. Some sample pages are shown, with the company names removed.
The reviews usually have a focus, like what would a mobile first approach look like. And most of the time I include recommendations and ideas for moving forward. Prototypes, mockups and wireframes are used to illustrate the ideas.
